Booking your massage online has now become quick and easy. If you are an existing patient, please make sure to put the correct details so that the system can locate your profile. If you need help to book online, please give our office a call.
Things to be aware of prior to booking
Health and Safety Protocols
- No COVID-19 related symptoms
- No contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks.
- No recent travelling outside of Canada
Anyone entering the clinic, including patients, staff, and visitors, must go through the following
- Pre-screening check
- Temperature check
- Wear a mask
- Wear new gloves before entry( Gloves are provided by the clinic )
- Practice safe social distancing
** During COVID-19, all massage therapists are required to wear medical grade gloves and masks during treatment in order to ensure safety for everyone **
We are accepting the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit
At the moment, direct billing is not available for massage therapy. Upon receiving and paying for your massage, a paid in full invoice will be provided with their registration details for reimbursement through your insurance. All Massage Therapists (RMT) are licensed and registered in the province of Ontario.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee. If for any reason, you need to cancel within 24 hours, then the system will NOT allow you to cancel online. Please give us a call to make any changes and do NOT email for any changes or bookings.
