Diana came to Canada from Russia in 2001, where she had a Masters degree in technology engineering. For many years back home, besides her profession, she has had the passion for sports, traditional remedies, herbs and cleansing programs that gave her the idea to change her career. After coming to Canada, she decided to become a health care practitioner to help people improve their life. She graduated from the Advanced Massage Therapy program in Centennial College after a 3 year course. Her dream of becoming professionally skilled to help people came true.
During treatments Diana uses different techniques and skills she had learned at school such as Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Trigger Points Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Exercises, Stretching, and Hydrotherapy. She treats clients based on their conditions, focusing on their whole body to create a balance and proper alignment, reduce pain, improve flexibility, range of motion, and to improve general well being.
Diana keeps a very active lifestyle, is energized, easy going, and always looks for the most beneficial and effective treatments for clients.
